I began my own journey in health & fitness in 2009 when i decided to take charge of my life for the sake of my mental & physical health, and to be the best version of my self for my two children.
Since then i have completed in two corporate fights and boxed consistently for 8 years. I have run boot camps and coached one on one clients now for just under 3 years.
I enjoy challenging myself and stepping out of my comfort zone regularly, which has seen me take part in the tough guy and gal challenge, the 21km tough mudder event and numerous running events over the years. I am currently training for the up-coming Auckland regional power-lifting competition to qualify for the upcoming nationals later in 2020.
Helping people through my coaching sessions and classes is a massive passion of mine, I hope to pass on years of knowledge in not just the fitness industry but in life also to my clients, to help them build and maintain a healthy lifestyle and to push and challenge themselves out of their comfort zones so they too can achieve great things!
