The first thing that attracted me to the classes was timings, flexibility and location. With working full time and juggling kids, my exercise was the first thing to go out the window but not now. To fit in with our family schedule I do a mixture of night, morning and weekend classes and each week it varies according to my schedule.
After meeting the amazing Nat, I was super keen to get started. She is extremely knowledgeable and focuses on good technique. She also provides a whole package to help you achieve your goals, including working with you on nutrition if this is what you want. Every single class is different and each time you feel like you have had a great workout.
The group of people who attend the classes are all super friendly and encouraging, you will feel at home from day one. I couldn’t recommended Infinite Wellness any higher. I’m addicted and i couldn’t be happier! – Jo Wright
When I started at Infinite Wellness over-weight & needing to make some massive lifestyle changes. From the first session I attended I was made to feel so welcome & so supported on my journey. I’ve average 5- 6 sessions a week & it has become a “family “ Nat has helped & encouraged me every step of the way, with nutritional support as well as sessions designed to push your boundaries & see you grow fitter & stronger! Teaching you form & correct technique is at the for-front of her teachings, I believe this is the reason I have been able to train so effectively without sustaining a single injury! Fast forward and I am now 30 kgs down & doing things I never thought I was capable off, tonagriro crossing, tough guy/tough girl & still the biggest one to come, 100k Oxfam Trail Walk. As I embark on I’m biggest challenge yet (becoming a PT myself) I hope to change someone else’s life the way Nat has changed mine! – Shannon Ison
Nat’s bootcamp has changed my life! The convenience of locations, the great price and varied workouts have made me a happier and fitter person.
Nat is so enthusiastic about holistic well being, and has a real focus on not only the physical fitness, but the mental fitness of her clients. She is a friend as well as a trainer.
Each bootcamp has a supportive atmosphere with a great crew that encourage and push each other to be the best they can be – Courtney Whiting
I had been with a Boot amp for a year and a half working out 3 times a week without seeing results, since being taken over by Nat I am much more motivated in both my physical and mental health around exercise and eating better. Nat pushes us to hit our goals by being invested herself, often working out along side us. I also love how body positive Nat is as well, teaching us to love and respect our bodies no matter what size. In the past few months I’ve noticed great results in my body and health and I look forward to what I see and how I feel in the future! – Louise Berry
I’m a busy working mum in my 40’s and have never worked out consistently for more than a few months … until last year when I started Nat’s Infinite Wellness boot camp. I’m not exaggerating when I say it has changed my life.
The convenience to home, great team atmosphere and of course Nat’s great PT skills have meant that I am now firmly in the habit of exercising most days and I feel so much better physically and emotionally for it.
I also love that I can set a great example for the kids by showing how important regular exercise is for the whole family – Faith Griffin
I love working out with Nat, for me, she’s like my food bag for personal fitness. She turns up at my home with her gear, tells me what to do, pushes me within my limits, checks on my eating (which I suck at) and its done – no thinking or planning required!
Like most busy women I feel like I think about everyone else but don’t have time to think about myself. Managing home life with two kids aged 6 and 4, working full time in a full on job and balancing the family hand over like ships in the night as my husband works shifts. As long as I feel good its all manageable, but when life got too busy to exercise regularly, it started to feel too much.
That’s where Nat came in. I’ve never had a PT before, but now I’m not sure how I would get on without her. Its just so easy to stay on track.
I’ve toned up for summer, inspired my kids to be active (they named Nat ‘Crusher’), I’ve got more energy, am stronger and have more confidence in my body (which I constantly and unreasonably struggle with). For all of this I am incredibly grateful and a simply relieved that it is one less thing I need to think about – Tia Wylie
Absolutely LOVE working out with Nat. Her sessions are challenging but fun at the same time. She keeps you honest and gets you to push yourself that little bit harder. I always feel like I’ve had a good, hard, sweaty, 100% effort workout after one of Nat’s sessions. Highly recommend her as a trainer – Julie McNae
Hands down, an amazing lady that wants the best for all her clients. She makes your sessions interesting and fun! Better yet, she makes reaching your goals realistic and achievable. Would recommend again and again – Nicki Novak
Excellent trainer, I’ve had a few pt’s in the past .But training with Nat is always exciting and she had a lot of knowledge and support – Lexi Gray
Always sore in all the right places after a sesh with Nat! Challenging & fun, yet you know it’s doing what a good workout should – Vanessa Frew
I really enjoy Nat’s work-out sessions. They are well planned, challenging & always different – Gina Halligan
Nat’s sessions are always great fun with a lot of variety. It’s often not until the next day I realise how hard I worked! Nat knows exactly how hard to push me to get me to work at my best without going so far I chuck in the towel – Sharon Fisher
Nat is so passionate and motivating. You can’t help but work to your full potential. Highly recommend – Abbey Lee
